Terms of Use

Stampzy lets you take photos and videos stamped with the time, date, address, coordinates and notes, and gather photos into reports. You are licensed to use Stampzy under Apple's standard EULA, for work or personal purposes.

“Verified time” means the device clock was compared with time read from public web servers within the previous 24 hours. The photo code is a consistency code that helps you match a photo against your own records. Neither is a tamper-proof certificate or a digital signature, and we do not guarantee that any authority, court or counterparty will accept them as evidence.

You may not use Stampzy to falsify the time, place or content of a photo, or to deceive others.

The address is derived from GPS coordinates and administrative boundary data bundled with the app, and may be supplemented by Apple's map service. GPS has an error margin, and near the boundary between two communes the result may be wrong. Check the address line on the viewfinder before you shoot; you are responsible for the information on the photos you send.

You are responsible for complying with the laws and rules of the place where you shoot, including other people's privacy and image rights and areas where photography is prohibited.

The free version allows unlimited full-quality photos with 3 templates and places a small “Stampzy” mark or a location QR code in the corner. Stampzy Pro is an optional paid upgrade that removes the mark and unlocks the additional features described in the app, such as all 12 templates, your logo, the photo code and stamped video. Features presented as “coming soon” apply only once released in an update.

• Stampzy Pro Yearly: from 299.000₫ per year in Vietnam, US$19.99 in the US, with a 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers.
• Prices in other countries, and the final price, are shown by the App Store before you confirm.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, or when the free trial ends if you started one.
• The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage and cancel subscriptions in Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions on your device. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; Pro stays active until then.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a Stampzy Pro plan.
• If the price changes, Apple will notify you as required by the App Store before it applies.

Stampzy Pro Lifetime (from 499.000₫ in Vietnam, US$39.99 in the US) is a one-time, non-renewing purchase, available on every device signed in with the same Apple ID. You can restore it for free from the Stampzy Pro screen in the app.

All purchases go through the App Store, so refunds are decided by Apple under Apple's policy. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your photos, videos and everything you type in Stampzy are yours. We claim no rights to them and never receive them. Because everything lives only on your device, back up important photos yourself (for example by saving them to Photos).

Stampzy is provided as is and as available. We do not warrant that the app is error-free, that the time, address or coordinates are always accurate, or that photos will be accepted by any third party.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for Stampzy in the previous 12 months. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms may change as the app changes. The date at the top of the page reflects the latest revision.

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without affecting the consumer rights you have where you live.
